Terms and Conditions – Boom Bet Pakistan Betting Platform

By accessing boombet.bio and creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform at the time of participation. All of these documents collectively form your agreement with boom bet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, make a deposit, or use any service offered by boom bet. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically.

To register and use a boom bet account you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or physically present in Pakistan during the use of the platform.
• Not be subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting gambling activity.
• Not be a current or former employee of boom bet, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

Boom bet reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any point. If you are found to be under 18 years of age, your account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned after deducting any winnings derived from those funds. Any bonuses will be forfeited in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one registered account with boom bet. The opening of multiple accounts by a single person – whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with that individual and the forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your correct mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Boom bet strongly recommends using a unique password that you do not use for any other service. You must not share your account access with any other person. Boom bet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that was enabled by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account balances and transaction histories are managed within your boom bet account dashboard. If you notice any discrepancy or unexplained transaction, you must notify boom bet support within 14 days. After that period, boom bet may not be able to investigate the matter effectively.

All financial transactions at boom bet are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not process deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

The minimum deposit at boom bet is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as your boom bet account. Boom bet will not send funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.

Before processing any withdrawal, boom bet may require identity verification including submission of a government-issued photo ID. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not applied selectively. Players are encouraged to complete verification early to avoid delays on their first withdrawal.

Boom bet periodically offers bonuses, promotions and special rewards to both new and existing players. The specific terms governing each promotion – including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits – are published alongside each individual offer. You are required to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

General bonus rules that apply across all boom bet promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain games or at certain odds levels may contribute less than 100% – or nothing at all – towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Boom bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, or using betting patterns specifically designed to benefit from bonus funds while minimising risk – will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings.
• All bonuses at boom bet have an expiry date. Unused bonus balances that reach their expiry are removed from your account automatically.

If you'd prefer to play at boom bet without activating any bonus, you may opt out at the time of deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, it cannot be reversed. If you are unsure about a bonus, please contact support before claiming it.

All bets placed at boom bet are subject to the general betting rules set out here and any sport-specific rules published within the relevant betting markets. By placing a bet you agree to these rules without exception.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by boom bet, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Boom bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds – where a pricing error has led to odds being substantially different from the fair market value at the time of placement.
• Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant sporting authority. Boom bet does not accept appeals based on video replays or unofficial sources.
• In-play betting markets are settled based on the live official score at the time they are closed. Boom bet is not responsible for bet placement failures caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Accumulator bets: if one or more selections are void, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection at odds of 1.00. The remaining legs continue normally.
• The minimum single bet at boom bet is Rs 20. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market and player tier.

Casino games available at boom bet – including but not limited to Teen Patti, Baccarat, Aviator, fishing games, slots and live dealer tables – are provided by third-party game studios. Each game operates according to a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and, where applicable, provably fair cryptographic verification.

Boom bet is not responsible for technical malfunctions in individual games caused by the game provider's server. In the event of a game disconnection during a round, the bet will be settled according to the outcome recorded on the game provider's server at the time of disconnection. Where this is not determinable, the stake may be returned at boom bet's discretion.

Any winnings derived from what boom bet or its game providers determine to be a technical error – including but not limited to an incorrectly displayed jackpot amount, a software bug that produces outcomes outside the intended game parameters, or a misconfigured bonus round – may be voided. Boom bet is not liable for losses or missed winnings caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the boom bet platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent cards, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your boom bet account.
• Attempting to launder money or use boom bet for any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a financial crime.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with boom bet's platform, manipulate games, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Placing bets on the outcome of events that you have advance knowledge of, particularly through corrupt or inside information.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a payment made to boom bet through your payment provider, except where boom bet has formally acknowledged an error on its side.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing boom bet staff or other players through any communication channel.

Boom bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension include suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, boom bet will contact you at the registered email address with the reason and the documentation required to restore access. You will not be able to place bets or make withdrawals during a suspension, but your funds will remain secured.

If your account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any balance derived from bonus funds or from bets that breached these Terms will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds that have not been derived from rule-breaking activity will be returned to your verified payment method at boom bet's discretion.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting boom bet support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform support so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied in line with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Boom bet provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and a high-quality experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unexpected technical outages may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, boom bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Boom bet is not liable for:

• Losses incurred due to a player's own technical connectivity issues.
• Delays in payment processing caused by a player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Losses arising from bets placed in error by the player.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Boom bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that document.

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

You have the right to request a copy of the data boom bet holds about you. To make such a request, contact support at support@boombet.bio with your registered account email and your verified identity documentation.

Boom bet is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become harmful. We have built tools directly into the platform that allow you to take control of your gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 90 days).

Boom bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player – we will notify you by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor updates such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or the addition of operational details that do not change the substance of your agreement, boom bet may update these Terms without prior notice, subject to updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you may close your account before the effective date of the change. Continuing to use the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
